Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation
It is of high importance to develop an efficient communication of research results to ensure a correct impact on the industry community. Adatica, Applus Laboratories and CSIC have different communication channels.
The dissemination of the results is a fundamental activity for all the involved partners in the project.
The dissemination will be focused on informing industrial users (but also for academic institutions that provide research services to industry) on use of ALM technology to manufacture seals, its possibilities and benefits from their utilization. The project will especially focus on opening lines of communication for the effective exchange of valuable information, emerging technologies, novel methodologies and a wide range of engineering experiences, while the consortium at the same time will disseminate the project’s results to a broad audience.
The wide range of applicability of the ADDAPTTA SEALS results to many different industries (aeronautic but also automotive, railway, energy like Oil&gas…) and practices will be considered during their dissemination, since the different audiences targeted will be approached according to their characteristics and needs.

The CSIC-ICTP has both internal and external communication procedures where the activities conducted in the projects of the group are disseminated. The external dissemination procedures include the presentation of the project activities in workshops where the CSIC takes part, the communication of the project details in the specific section of CSIC website, as well as the publication of any relevant update of the project in the news section of the website and in social media.

The proposal to publish an article in “Revista de Plásticos Modernos” which is a well-known magazine for the Spanish and Latin-American region and edited by CSIC is an interesting source to disseminate scientific information related to the project.
ADATICA referencing the project on Universities
Shown the compromise of the consortium with the Communication of its activities, for the project ADDAPTTA SEALS, Adatica will coordinate all activities related with communication of project finding during project execution and will help Applus and CSIC by generating communication press release for them to include in their respective WebPages.
Week of the science the CSIC organizes a workshop in 3D printing.
CSIC has be involved in different forums and informative workshops for high-school students, universities and other interested public in science.

Reaching high levels of maturity in the field of additive manufacturing testing, Applus+ considers that the dissemination of this knowledge to the aerospace sector is very important in order that it begins to be known.
For this reason, a wide dissemination campaign for the general additive manufacturing capacities will be performed, in parallel to the development of Addaptta Seals project, in order to promote the knowledge and use of the technology for a variety of materials, facilitating the future dissemination and understanding of Addaptta Seals results.
